Mark Harvey, platoon commander with Fleet Anti-terrorism Security Team – Central Command (FASTCENT), speaks to U.S. Marines and British Royal Marines before participating in bilateral combative training. FASTCENT, a subordinate command of Naval Amphibious Force, Task Force 51, 5th Marine Expeditionary Brigade, provides platoon-sized forces capable of providing precision fires, employing crew served weapons, non-lethal weapons, riot control formations and a greater level of expertise when it comes to defensive operations and fixed-site security.
