A bison skull, discovered a quarter mile below Dennison Dam in the Red River near Lake Texoma, was among the things revealed when the 2011 drought caused dramatically low water levels throughout Tulsa District Corps of Engineers projects. The skull, thought to be around 100 years old, is now on display at the Texoma Lake Office.
