GLENDALE, Ariz. (NNS) - Engineman Fireman Rigoberto Armenta Jr. is advanced to Petty Officer Third Class at an advancement ceremony held at Naval Operational Support Center (NOSC) Phoenix, December 1, 2018. Nearly 40 Reserve Sailors were promoted during the advancement ceremony. NOSC Phoenix provides Navy Reserve Sailors with administrative services and training opportunities keeping reserve Sailors ready to support the fleet when needed.
