U.S. Customs and Border Protection conducted a readiness exercise Tuesday morning at the Tecate Port of Entry to prepare for any unlawful attempted breach of the port of entry. The exercise lasted about 15 minutes and resulted in the closure of all 4 vehicle primary lanes and the pedestrian lanes.
