Maj. Gen. Russ Handy, 9th Air and Space Expeditionary Task Force-Iraq commander, and, Air Component Coordination Element-Iraq major director, accepts the guidon for the 332nd Air Expeditionary Wing from Brig. Gen. Kurt Neubauer at the relinquishment of command ceremony for the 332nd AEW at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia, Dec. 4. The ceremony marked the close of Neubauer's command over the 332nd AEW "Red Tails" who transitioned to this undisclosed location from Joint Base Balad, Iraq.
