Soldiers from the 603rd Aviation Support Battalion, 3rd Combat Aviation Brigade, react to a speech by Maj. Gen. Robert Abrams, commander of the Third Infantry Division, during an awards ceremony Dec. 1 at the brigade headquarters building. The award, given by Abrams on behalf of Forces Command, recognized the 603rd ASB for its outstanding performance during their deployment to Afghanistan in 2010 in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
