Jon Haines conducts a routine traffic stop at the entry point to the Grace Hopper Bridge Nov. 9 on Joint Base Charleston-Weapons Station. The WS has 5 to 10 officers that are on the roads daily to conduct traffic enforcements including, looking for cell phone violations, no seat belt, and speeding. Haines is a Security Forces Patrolman at the WS and has worked there since Sept. 12.
