181205-N-DA737-0030 SEATTLE (Dec. 5, 2018) Fire Controlman 1st Class Nicholas Besheer receives the Life Ring Award from Elizabeth Kosa, Washington State Ferries (WSF) chief of staff. Besheer received the award for his life-saving actions in November by performing CPR and using an automated external defibrillator on a WSF employee, Dave Bennet, who was suffering from cardiac arrest.
