Rob Hartlove, Munson Test Course Manager, Automotive Operations, explains the testing capabilities of U.S. Army Aberdeen Test Center’s Munson Automotive Test Area with students and faculty from Harford Community College and the University of Delaware during a visit Nov. 28, 2018. The visit was a part of U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command’s Educational Partnership Initiative and was designed to highlight the practical use of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) degrees in the federal government.
