Maj. Gen. Russell Handy, commander, 9th Air and Space Expeditionary Task-Force-Iraq, and Director, Air Component Coordination Element-Iraq, gives a speech during a relinquishment of command ceremony for Brig. Gen. Kurt Neubauer, commander, 332nd Air Expeditionary Wing, at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia, Dec. 4, 2011. The ceremony marked the close of Neubauer's command over the 332nd AEW "Red Tails" who transitioned from Joint Base Balad, Iraq, after supporting Operation New Dawn. Col. Paul Beineke is the new commander of the 332nd AEW.
