FORT WORTH, Texas (Dec. 6, 2018) Sailors assigned to Naval Air Station Fort Worth Joint Reserve Base, Texas, prepare an aircraft from Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 105, the "Gunslingers," for takeoff from Fort Worth to participate in a monumental flyover featuring a missing-man formation over the memorial service for late President George H. W. Bush in College Station, Texas. Other squadrons participating in the 21-aircraft salute included VFA 103, the "Jolly Rogers"; VFA 143, the "Pukin' Dogs"; VFA 32, the "Swordsmen"; VFA 83, the "Rampagers"; VFA 131, the "Wildcats"; VFA 31, the "Tomcatters"; and VFA 87, the "Golden Warriors."
