West discusses responsibilities of the new promotions during their “frocking” ceremony, setting goals and pushing forward for success. The 30th Naval Construction regiment is currently deployed to Afghanistan in support of executing general engineering, infrastructure construction and project management in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
