First Lt. Christopher Bingham of Sartell, Minn., who along with other soldiers from Delta “Drifter” Company, 1st Combined Arms Battalion 194th Armor, have been given the enormous task of providing convoy security support for troops and equipment moving south from Iraq into Kuwait. Bingham, along with the rest of soldiers from 1-194 AR (CAB), are part of the Minnesota-based 1st Brigade Combat Team, 34th Infantry “Red Bull” Division, currently deployed to Kuwait in support of Operation New Dawn, the final stage in post-combat operations in Iraq.
