Spc. David Halona of Wheatfields, Ariz., explains the improved door locking system on an armored Humvee to Democratic Sen. Jack Reed of Rhode Island when Reed visited Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, July 6. Halona is a truck driver with the 2nd Transportation Company (Heavy Equipment Transporters), Logistics Task Force 10, assigned to Third Army (Forward) in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Reed visited Kuwait and Iraq to meet with government and military officials to get updates on current operations there.
