Air Force Tech Sgt. Jared Whitecar of Defense Media Activity interviews Vietnam Veteran Jim Clements (center) and World War II veteran Dave Fleming, Alexandria, Va., Dec. 6, 2018. Fleming, accompanied by Clements, arrived in the National Capital Region as part of a special Honor Flight from Austin, Texas, that brought World War II veterans to the nation’s capital in commemoration of the 77th anniversary of Pearl Harbor. Fleming, who is 100 years old, served in the United States Army Air Corps in England and France in World War II.
