PANAMA CITY, FL -- (Dec. 12, 2018) Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (MCPON) Russell Smith has lunch with command master chiefs and command sailors of the year during his visit to Naval Support Activity Panama City (NSA PC). MCPON and Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Adm. John Richardson also conducted an all hands call answering topics ranging from Post-Hurricane Michael quality of life, suicide awareness, pilot evaluation system, changes to advancement exams and SRB and other incentives. NSA PC is the home of joint military diving for all services and allied nations and is a leader in research and development, manned/unmanned test and evaluation, and training future warfighters in the expeditionary and undersea warfare areas.
