Contractors prepare the special access program facility (SAPF) to be moved onto the flightline Dec. 6, 2018, at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri. The addition of the SAPF looks to save the 509th Maintenance Group roughly 30 man hours a week with its quicker processing capabilities and more centralized location on the flightline.
