PACIFIC OCEAN (Dec. 10, 2018) Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Handling) 3rd Class Mary Javier signals to the CH-53E Super Stallion pilots assigned to the "Heavy Haulers" of Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron (HMH) 462 on the flight deck of the amphibious transport dock ship USS Somerset (LPD 25) during flight operations, Dec. 10, 2018, in the Pacific Ocean. Somerset is part of Littoral Combat Group One (LCG-1), which is deployed in support of the Enduring Promise Initiative to reaffirm U.S. Southern Command's longstanding commitment to the nations of the Western Hemisphere.
