Paratroopers with 2nd Battalion, 505th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, rehearse with blanks a a direct assault on an enemy compound here in support of the brigade's combined arms maneuver live fire exercise Dec. 5. The exercise was conducted to ensure that 3rd BCT is adequately prepared to embark on any mission around the world in the event that the global ready force is requested.
