U.S. Marines with Explosive Ordnance Disposal Company, 8th Engineer Support Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, use a MK-2 Mod 1 Talon remote controlled robot to test simulated ordnance for hazardous materials during a field exercise at Camp Lejeune, N.C., Dec. 10, 2018. The exercise consisted of realistic training that allowed EOD leadership to evaluate their Marines combat effectiveness in a safe, and controlled environment to better prepare the unit for future operations.
