Brig. Gen. James Bonner, commander of the 20th Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosives (CBRNE) Command, renders honors after presenting the American flag to Command Sgt. Maj. Kenneth Graham at his Dec. 14 retirement ceremony on Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. The flag was flown over the U.S. Army CBRN School at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, the Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Memorial at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, and at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Edgewood Area, the original home of the Army's chemical corps and ordnance school.
