Maj. Anthonol L. Neely, through an interpreter, addresses members of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces at the Peacekeeping Operations Training Center here Dec. 12. The service members met for an exchange of expertise and to enhance the relationship between the two countries. Neely, a Little Rock, Ark., native, serves as the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit's maritime raid force commanding officer. The Camp Pendleton, Calif., unit embarked three U.S. Navy ships in San Diego, Nov. 14 and arrived in Southeastern Asia, Dec. 11 as part of a regularly scheduled deployment.
