Horton Jr. Memorial Veteran’s Cemetery during a wreath-laying ceremony. The event has been hosted by the Horton Wreath society for 11 years to honor fallen service members. Those with family members interred at the cemetery are given the chance to lay their wreaths first, followed by the other volunteers.
