The Exchange's Ship-from-Store model is a win-win for the shopper and the organization, as it decreases the distance between shopper and merchandise and streamlines the process for the organization, which reduces cost and generates additional earnings for essential Quality-of-Life programs serving the military community. Of the 122 Exchange main stores, 62 percent are participating in the Ship-from-Store program.
