Marines with the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit and Sailors with the USS Kearsarge man the rails while departing Norfolk Naval Base, Dec. 17, 2018. Approximately 2,500 Marines and Sailors will deploy to the U.S. 5th and 6th Fleet areas of responsibility with the Kearsarge Amphibious Ready Group.
