Steelworker 2nd Class Rejuny Caswell, assigned to Navy Mobile Construction Battalion 23 embarked aboard High Speed Vessel (HSV) 2 Swift, saws a piece of wood to refurbish a kitchen at Centro Escolar Elementary School. NMCB-23 will complete minor structural, electrical and plumbing repairs to the school during a three-week Southern Partnership Station project.
