William Osborne III, commanding officer, 3rd radio Battalion (RadBn), III Marine Expeditionary Force Information Group (MIG), cut the ceremonial ribbon during the 3rd RadBn Facility Dedication Ceremony, Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Dec. 18, 2018. The ceremony celebrated the hard work and dedication put in by those who facilitated and constructed 3rd RadBn's new building. 3rd RadBn's new facility consolidated its resources from three separate buildings into one state of the art building, increasing its capability to project power in support of III MIG and the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command. The building itself is named after Brig. Gen. Bankston T. Holcomb who was an early pioneer in the signals intelligence community. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Sgt. Alex Kouns)
