On the seats of a school bus similar to the one struck by a drunk driver in Carrollton, Ky., May 14, 1988, are taped the names and ages of the 27 victims, most of them teens, of one of the worst drunk driving accidents. Quinton Higgins, one of the teenaged survivors of the accident speaks to young people about the dangers of driving under the influence.
