U.S. Navy Master-at-Arms 2nd Class Bryan Mead, 628th Security Forces Squadron Harbor Patrol Unit, gives a safety briefing to Sailors during a second-class swim qualification test Oct. 19, 2018, at the Danny Jones Recreational Center, North Charleston, S.C.
