Maj. Frederico Conde, use a traditional saber of the Noncommissioned Officer to cut a cake during an NCO Induction Ceremony December 13, 2018. The ceremony, held at the Centennial Regional Training Center on Fort Carson, welcomed 27 new leaders into the NCO Corps and was filled to capacity with family members, mentors and fellow Soldiers.
