A helicopter tie down crew on the Coast Guard Cutter Munro (WMSL 755) deploy to secure an Air Station Barbers Point HM-65 Dolphin Helicopter on the flight deck of the Munro in the Central Pacific. The Munro was conducting its first operational patrol and was the first time a National Security Cutter had visited the region.
