WHITE SANDS MISSILE RANGE, N.M. – Two Army National Guard firefighters use the two-man arms carry casualty drag on a mannequin while another firefighter maintains flame suppression during the units’ daytime portion of their search and rescue training exercises conducted at White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico, Dec. 19, 2018.
