Col. John Edwards and Chief Master Sgt. Jason Trickey present Staff Sgt. Dustin Jespersen with the 2018 Air Association Richard T. Kight Award at the Dakota’s Club on Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D., Oct. 31, 2018. Edwards is the 28th Bomb Wing commander; Jespersen is a 28th Operations Squadron survival, evasion, resistance and escape specialist; and Trickey is the 28th Operations Group superintendent. After being awarded the 2018 Air Rescue Association Richard T. Kight Award, Jespersen was promoted to technical sergeant as part of the Stripes for Exceptional Performers (STEP) program.
