181214-N-UW828-1110 CAMP COVINGTON, Naval Base Guam (Dec. 18, 2018) Cmdr. Joseph Harder, commanding officer of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, conducts an all hands call with Seabees assigned to NMCB-3, Det. Guam-Maintenance. NMCB-3, Det. Guam-Maintenance is deployed to support NMCB-1 in conducting maintenance operations on civil engineering support equipment and general construction equipment and provide logistics support. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
