First lady Michelle Obama visited Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, D.C., Dec. 16 to sort toys for the Toys for Tots charity. Michelle Obama said everyone can do something, they just have to be willing to give a little back to their community and their country. According to Lt. Gen. Pete Osman USMC retired CEO of Toys for Tots, $27 million was raised through monetary and toy donations this year.
