Every September, Airmen all across the world attend a locally organized ball to celebrate the Air Force’s birthday and reflect on their heritage. This digital art piece was created for the Barksdale Air Force Base Air Force Ball and used as an event program. The design incorporates many aspects that represent Barksdale including the 2nd Bomb Wing’s colors, aircraft, mission and the home state of Louisiana. (U.S. Air Force graphic by Staff Sgt. Damon Kasberg)
