190102-N-FV025-1023 AIRAI, Palau (Jan. 2, 2019) Utilitiesman 3rd Class Brooks Tobin from Shreveport, La., and assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, Det. Palau, Camp Katuu Tiger Team, lays new tiles while renovating the on-camp medical facility. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
