A contractor removes an old fixture from the ceiling in the fitness center's weight area in preparation for the installation of new LED light fixtures. The new LED lights will produce more light with less glare and heat than the old fixtures. The LED fixtures also will contribute to energy savings as part of a project across post that included the replacement of more than 5,000 fixtures in 20 buildings.
