Frank Leota anxiously await the arrival of a U.S. Air Force C-17 Globemaster III loaded with 25th Infantry Division Headquarters soldiers on the flightline at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Dec. 18. The 25th ID Headquarters was the last division headquarters under U.S. forces to leave Iraq.
