A casket holding the remains of a U.S. service member awaits to be transported by Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) personnel during a disinterment ceremony held at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Honolulu, Hawaii, Jan. 7, 2019. The ceremony was part of DPAA’s efforts to disinter the remains of unknown service members lost during the Korean war.
