    190109-N-YG414-020 YOKOSUKA, Japan (Jan. 9, 2019) - Hull Maintenance Technician Joshua Dekam, from Sandusky, Mich., attached to U.S. 7th Fleet Flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), operates a Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) charging station in order to refill SCBA tanks. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy, and as 7th Fleet command ship, is responsible for patrolling and fostering relationships within the Indo-Asia Pacific Region.
