Gen. Mark Milley, the 39th Chief of Staff of the U.S. Army, visited Combined Joint Task Force - Operation Inherent Resolve Soldiers in Iraq, Jan. 6, 2019. Gen. Milley, along with Lt. Gen. Paul LaCamera, CJTF-OIR commanding general, took time to talk with Coalition service members and get an on-the-ground perspective of the defeat ISIS mission.
