(Jan. 9, 2019) The Reserve Force Shore Sailor of the Year (SOY), Hospital Corpsman 1st Class Neil Cataline, stands in formation with his fellow competitors and ranking board members after the announcement of the winner during a ceremony at the Maryland House on Naval Station Norfolk, Jan. 9, 2019.
