A Marine with the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit's Maritime Raid Force secures a rope during a fast rope exercise as part of MRF’s Visit, Board, Search and Seizure training at Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii, Jan. 9, 2019. Fast roping allows Marines to quickly enter otherwise inaccessible locations from hovering aircraft.
