Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus toured Forward Operating Base Nolay with various senior leaders from Regional Command Southwest, Dec. 18. Brig. Gen. Michael Dana, the commanding general of the 2nd Marine Logistics Group (Forward), gave Mabus a tour of the various logistics lots and facilities on Nolay, offering an assessment of the 2nd MLG’s progress in retrograde operations.
