Bryan Andrews, the civil operations program manager for the National Guard Bureau, for his work with the Ohio National Guard Counterdrug Task Force, Jan. 17, 2019, at a board meeting in Marysville, Ohio. In 2018, the CDTF assisted law enforcement agencies across the state in the seizure of more than $120 million in property, cash and drugs such as heroin, fentanyl and prescription opiate pills.
