Henney Hodgkins joined the senior leaders of the 20th Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosives (CBRNE) Command on a Dec. 12 orientation and staff ride at the Gettysburg National Memorial Park, Pennsylvania, to kick off a commander’s conference. The monument behind Hodgkins is known as the "High Water Mark of the Rebellion."
