International Security Afghanistan Forces Commander Gen. John R. Allen laterally promotes Cpl. Antony Mcbride from specialist to corporal during an awards ceremony at Camp Jordania, Afghanistan, Dec. 25. Allen visited soldiers of Task Force 1 Panther as part of his Christmas Day battlefield circulation. During the visit, Allen promoted two soldiers, awarded two Combat Infantryman's Badges and recognized several soldiers with ISAF coins.
