U.S. Marines assigned to Marine Wing Support Squadron 371 (MWSS-371) load a Polaris MRZR all-terrain vehicle onto a MV-22B Osprey at AUX II, one of the training ranges that belongs to Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Ariz., Jan. 22, 2019. The vehicle and bulk fuels specialists needed trasportation to Forward Armored Refueling Point - LZ Star in order to set up light-weight camouflage screen systems (LCSS). The MV-22B is a tiltrotor aircraft with both vertical takoff and landing (VTOL), and short takeoff and landing capabilities (STOL) and is the primary assault support aircraft for the U.S. Marine Corps. Equipped with a turbo diesel engine and the ability to carry a payload of 1,000 lbs, the MRZR is a highly mobile vehicle that can handle supply transport missions, rapid personnel deployment, and more.
