U.S. Army 1st Lt. Dan Dixon and Sgts. Barry Craig and Chris Chamberlin, members Task Force Spartan’s 705th Ordnance Company, finish competing in the 4th annual Global Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Competition on Jan. 10, 2019 in Al Sulaibiya, Kuwait. The event enhances cooperation between Kuwaiti and U.S. EOD forces. Additionally, as another opportunity for training and team building, the competition supports the goal of strengthening joint-service and multinational, interoperable EOD teams throughout the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility. Experts from the 705th Ordnance Company, 407th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron and the Kuwait Ministries of the Interior and Defense participated in the competition.
